Potato Bake Deluxe
Description
A delicious potato casserole.Ingredients
- 1 Kg hash browns
- 1 Cup onions, diced
- ½ Cup butter
- 500 mL sour cream
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Saute the onions in the butter
- Mix all ingredients and spread in a casserole dish
- Bake at 350℉ for 90 minutes, until top is brown and crispy
Notes
- Sprinkle the top with crushed cornflakes for added crunch
