Liver Pâté

Description

Delicious meat paste!

Ingredients

  • 4 Lbs liver, trimmed and diced
  • Pork fat, cubed
  • 1 medium onion
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • ¼ Cup seasoned flour

Directions

  1. Cut liver and pork fat into cubes, place in water and cook
  2. Once cooked, place liver, fat, onions, and breadcrumbs through a meat grinder
  3. Bring mixture to a boil again, add S&P, flour and corn starch, boil for 10 minutes
  4. Place in containers and cool in fridge

Notes

  1. The original recipe is unclear on the amount of fat to use. Possibly the liver and fat are to add up to 4 Lbs.
