Liver Pâté
Description
Delicious meat paste!Ingredients
- 4 Lbs liver, trimmed and diced
- Pork fat, cubed
- 1 medium onion
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- ¼ Cup seasoned flour
Directions
- Cut liver and pork fat into cubes, place in water and cook
- Once cooked, place liver, fat, onions, and breadcrumbs through a meat grinder
- Bring mixture to a boil again, add S&P, flour and corn starch, boil for 10 minutes
- Place in containers and cool in fridge
Notes
- The original recipe is unclear on the amount of fat to use. Possibly the liver and fat are to add up to 4 Lbs.
